    At Vintage Maya we stand behind our products 100%! We work with some of the best designers and manufacturers in the world, and select partners that we believe are unique in the marketplace and have stellar work and quality ethic. We’re confident that the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.

    If you still need to change your mind, we will gladly accept exchanges or returns on any regular priced and sale merchandise.


    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Merchandise must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered).
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
    • Any "Clearance" merchandise cannot be returned.

    Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in instances where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

    If you received an item which you did not order, or if you received an item which is damaged, we ask that you please contact our Customer Care department first, prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

    To return an item for any other reason, simply follow the instructions on your packing slip and send the unused items with the packing slip and all original packaging to:

    Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please note that "clearance" items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect. After 30 days from the order date, cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.


    We regret that we are not able to provide an online option to cancel orders once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our system and your order is transmitted to our fulfillment centers and can no longer be modified in any way. We hope that this order process works to your advantage for a fast shipping customer experience; however we recognize that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order. Custom orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of submitting the order.

    If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value.


    If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), VintageMaya will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Provided that VintageMaya confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures above, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Shipping & Handling Fee.
